After 15 years building and leading cross-sector partnerships at the U.S. Forest Service — including a $5 million watershed restoration initiative with The Coca-Cola Company and the development of a $500 million Wildfire Crisis Strategy — I launched BlueTerra Partners to help organizations do the work I spent my federal career learning how to do well: build partnerships that actually produce results.

BlueTerra is a sustainability and strategic partnership consultancy based in Miami. We work with agencies, nonprofits, and private-sector organizations that need to move from good intentions to functioning partnerships — the kind that survive leadership transitions, funding cycles, and the messy realities of cross-sector collaboration.
